3. How can I register for the conference?

5. What are ICMI Conference payment policies?
ICMI accepts Visa, MasterCard or American Express for conference payment. You can also elect to pay by check. Pre-payment is required prior to conference attendance.
6. What is the cancellation policy for this event?
You may cancel without penalty until May 21, 2010 after which a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows and cancellations after May 21, 2010, will be charged the full conference rate. Cancellation policies apply to all conference packages.
7. How can I tell you about my special physical/dietary needs?
Vegetarian meals/items will be available at all conference food functions. If you have additional physical or dietary needs that need to be addressed, please email rlevy@think-services.com prior to May 15, 2010 and we will be happy to try to accommodate your request.
8. Can I send someone in my place, if I can no longer attend?
If you are unable to attend the conference, we strongly recommend that you send a substitution in your place. Changes to registrations must be presented in written form. Please click here to download the Registration Change Form, and fax your request to (415) 947-6011, or mail your request to:

9. Is there an early bird discount?
Yes, register by April 30 and you'll receive $200 off the regular conference registration fee.
10. Is there a team discount?
Yes. Team discount is as follows:
3-5 attendees: 20% discount
6-10 attendees: 30% discount
10+ attendees: 40% discount
11. What materials will I receive as part of my registration?
Conference attendees will receive:
- A conference bag designed to hold your conference materials
- Access to all speaker presentations and handouts
- Conference Badge (entrance into sessions, networking events, expo and receptions)
- Conference/Reception meal tickets
12. In what format will I get my conference handouts?
You’ll receive information to review and download speaker presentations one week before your trip to help you decide which sessions you would like to print and bring with you.
13. Are there any special hotel rates available? How do I make my reservations?
A discounted conference rate is available to conference participants.
